They have me come in without telling me to stop taking antihistamine 5 days prior to skin test allergy. I told them I need a skin test when I called for appointment. So I have to come back and pay again next visit. So my visit today was waste of time and money.

Unfortunately I was unable to see an allergist because they didnt verify my insurance until I showed up in person, after I submitted the info online when I made the appointment and again over the phone the day before. As it turns out theyre out of network, despite other Aetna plans allegedly being in network. I havent had allergy medicine in five days and left work early for this, so its pretty disappointing to feel run down and have less money as a result of a clerical error.

Dr Kancherla is great. Nice practice. Never have to wait. Vivian in front office at Katy Freeway location amazing. Shots also easy to get.

Dr Z and his staff are always respectfull and attentive. He explained everything, long term or short term side effects benefit or not on every med he prescribed. A good doctor with a great bedside manner.
