Doctor is fine if you are a straightforward case. But it's a problem when the ALLERGIST puts you into anaphylactic shock and then doesn't even know what to do, so calls an ambulance and sends you to the Emergency Room so you can be their problem instead. Oh and I get to pay 8000 USD due to their incompetence AND she charged the insurance for putting you into the situation in the first place. And then a few days later, THEY called ME and said, "you gave us a scare." Sorry, what?! Your incompetence put me in the ER but oh, my sincerest apologies for inconveniencing you! Also, head nurse came thundering out of the office when I was on the gurney, getting loaded into the ambulance, can't breathe, definitely can't talk, to ask for their oxygen mask back. It's been all in my nose with my breath and spit all over it, but they're so cheap, they're just going to reuse it anyway. (And it was the plastic disposable kind, not a fancy one that costs a lot). Just disgusting. Looking at the other reviews, looks like this place is pretty consistent with overcharging and not reimbursing you when you catch them in the act. Don't go here. It'll cause more suffering than if you just suffer the allergies.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, horrible bedside manner, I felt like a cash machine. Everyone just asked for a credit card and were no help with the insurance company. Everyone acted like we should know what to do without being told. Ive never seen so many people rude to a 10 year old. We never recommend this place. We wont be back.

I have been a patient here for 1.5 years and satisfied with the care provided. Dr Hassan is a patient listener and the rest of the staff are a pleasure to interact with and very professional. Initially during the diagnostic phase I was heavily overcharged for the expensive allergy tests, however after my insurance settled all the amounts, the office noted the amounts overcharged over each of my visits and reimbursed me with a single payment.
