I ordered cards, stickers and a backdrop to take photos of my cakes, and the result was simply amazing! The design was incredibly creative and perfectly captured the essence of my business. This is my second time ordering from them. The first time was a good but took too long to have my items ready. Despite them taking so long, I decided to give them another chance. This time around was beyond horrible. I made sure to let them know that I wanted the exact same thing I order last time, no changes were to be made. Which means same design, phone number, colors, the length and width of it all. They reassured me they knew what I wanted. Trusting that they had my previous records. I didnt ask anything else because again they reassured me they knew what i order last time. So they called informing me that my order was ready. When I get there and see my order I realized the size was not correct. I let the know and they didnt care to fix it . All they had to say was sorry. Didnt offer to remake them or if there was a way we could work it out and make things right. When they shouldve had my previous records. So now Im stuck with these invoices I will not be using and money wasted. I have recommended so many people to them. Its sad they do NOT take care of the customers that have recommended them and have given them so much business. Im not one to make reviews but when you give a company a certain amount of trust and they dont value you as a customer its sad.
