They claim to do marketing for you thru digital boost and there is no proof that there service work there ad was giving away free food and in 4 months nobody claim there free food. I ask for proof of their service and they refused to refund and all they want is to keep charging you for there non working service. Stay away from indoor media there tactics and service are a lie.

I signed up for IndoorMedia's local listings program because my customers were not finding me online. Within the first few days my business was added to voice apps, gps apps, search engines and a bunch of other websites. I am already seeing an uptick in calls and very happy with the results.

Bait and switched out of a kiosk in exchange for carts. Was told it was cheaper but it was more expensive. Then told wed get 60 carts front and back on the nose. As I was prepping for ad work I was told its on one or the other, not both sides of the cart. Zach Kuhn lied through his teeth. His manager, Matt, another piece of work. At this point Im working on getting my deposit back. Stay away from these folks. They commit fraud daily. Meaning they compulsively lie to get your business.

Had a tough time with them. I did check in on their carts that they were suppose to put my ad on and most had no advertising on them at all, I purchased 50% and it looks like not even 30% even have any ad on them. I talked to Sheri Blazer at indoor media and when I asked to talk to a supervisor she refused. This was months ago, no one has been in contact with me. The response to my review did not address the fact they broke the contract. They continue to disappoint.
