Very satisfied!
We had extensive hail damage in fall of 2022. Jason was
great in getting things started and helping us deal with whole process, as were all the team that we worked with along with way. The various crews were very professional, skilled and did an excellent job. Josh helped us with the architectural and structural plans with the extra part of the project for the addition of our patio and porch. All along the way we had good communication and updates. Ark is a great company to work with, and we are extremely happy with the final outcome. Services: Roof installation, Exterior painting

After discovering my roof was falling apart due to a severe hailstorm, I contacted Ark Roofer. I was amazed at how courteous and professional they were. Jeff came over and explained the process in detail and I scheduled right away. They were on time, clean, very thorough, professional and did an amazing job on my roof. I loved the fact that they had drone video of the entire process so you could actually see everything from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Ark Roofer to any one. Wow! What an amazing experience with Ark Roofer! Small world-we met Cody Allison (sales consultant with Ark) on a plane ride a few months back & we mentioned what we do for work-long story short we connected & said we needed gutters as our 1974 house had terrible drainage from old gutters or lack of gutters in places we needed desperately! Cody followed up & came out immediately to give us a consultation & did his design work to show us how the gutters would look while he was with us at our house. We have a lot of angles/sides to our house so wanted to make sure it wouldnt look funky! Cody was extremely thorough, took his time with us as we asked a lot of questions & he even took the time to look at our roof for us as well. We got on the schedule (which wasnt a wait at all) & the crew was on time, fast, efficient, & left the site clean!! We got the mesh on the front gutters where our trees are which is nice to have-no more spending the time cleaning them out every year! We are so pleased with the work performed. Thanks Ark!
