Very pretty and calming purple office. Very kind front office staff, Veronica & Frank. Lovely and kind provider, Hope Essien DNP, APRN, PMHP-BC. They use a HIPPA safe service/app called Spruce Health. It is a very efficient to communicate with the office and are very attentive to any question you may have. So far my experience has exceeded my expectations and I am glad I chose this place.

This place is complete junk. They use some stupid system called Spruce to save time and money vs having real in-house employees. I waited 20 minutes today on Zoom for my doctor, then I hung up. They charged me a $150 fee for missing the appointment. I didnt miss anything; the doctor was late and no one told me. Getting refills, scheduling, and anything else is just a complete pain in the butt with the way they outsourced their costs. Go else where. For what its worth Dr Hope is amazing , just to hard to make any progress.

Overall I was happy with the experience w Mosaic. Hope was very understanding and took time with my daughter. I liked that we didnt sit in the virtual waiting room forever like you do w most doctors offices virtually and physically. I wasnt impressed with the communication system. The first apt we had we had to r/s last minute due to my daughters school on lockdown. I wasnt able to communicate with the office directly, I had to use an answering service that had no idea my situation or wait we had already done just to get the apt or I had to communicate through email on their portal system. It made it very difficult in a disruption of uncertainty like we were in that day. The other thing I was very disappointed in was when Hope came onto the apt to begin the ADD eval for my daughter first thing she asked was have you had an official eval w a clinical psychiatrist. No we hadnt bc thats what I had schedule w their office for and no one told me in the apt process that they couldnt do it. Their website said they could and I explained to the person scheduling our situation and what was needed.
