MD Construction

Hired to replace flooring in barn and barn doors and to replace chimney. They wanted 25% up front which I understand, but before barn was even finished wanted more money. Like a dummy I paid and they never came back to do the chimney. Also left trash from barn job. I am out $260.00.

Had them come out to give me a bid on a sheetrock installation for a small workshop / office. A lady came out, spent about 10 minutes at the place and then left. I got an email within an hour for a price that was about 200% higher than the other three contractors I had contacted. They are extremely expensive and from what I can tell, looks like they have a lot of overhead they need to cover.

After a big hailstorm, I had a bad experience with two of the top-ranked roofing construction companies. They were not responsive or helpful and created a bad customer experience. I was about to go with a 3rd company who gave me a very high quote until I reached out to Marc at MD Construction. That is when my experience immediately went from bad to great. Marc was so helpful and supportive. I no longer had to deal with my insurance company and the inspector. He took over and spent hours on the phone negotiating on my behalf. He not only fixed my roof where I had hail damage, but he also fixed some poor workmanship done by my builder which the three other companies didn't even point out during their inspection. I decided to have him manage all of the contractors to fix my gutters, windows, etc. because I was having trouble with the guys I hired to fix my stucco. He removed all of my family's stress and has earned a lifelong customer.
