Grade A! Jillian and Donri were the main people assisting me and they were both GREAT! The staff as a whole was great and it has a family type feel in the workplace which is a great environment to be serviced inn! I will be back for all my truck service needs.

You know I'm not sure if there is going to be enough characters allowed to say all the wonderful things that I experience with this company, so Ill trying to keep it short. This was my first time doing business with this company for a major repair and they had my truck for 7 months and I got a chance to get to know these good people here at OTR. So, you're probably thinking 7 months? Yes 7 months, let's just say there were some unforeseen circumstances that was out of their control, supply chain issues are real. I've been an owner operator for 20 years and I've never had a company like this to take care of me with such attentiveness and transparency I mean just stellar customer service and workmanship. It's hard to find that these days. I like to thank Meredith, Grimm, Dustin, Crystal, Vincent, if there were ever angels walking amongst us, I've met a few over there at OTR Fleet Service. I just simply cannot say enough good things about this company, I wish I could leave 10 stars. Try them for yourself I promise you you'll be absolutely satisfied with the level of service. They're like Allstate, you will certainly be in good hands I can promise you that.
