Awesome job!! They know how to do a professional tree trim and limb removal. The tress look great! Their clean up job is amazing. As if they were never there! Several months ago we had a crepe myrtle that needed to be trimmed. My husband and I had already done most of the work but 3 of the stalks were fairly tall so I called Green Pine for a bid to cut them down. Two representatives arrived including one from their sales department. Initially he quoted a price of $250 which sounded very high to me especially considering the job would only take 10 - 15 minutes. The stalks were tall but no bigger than 2-3 inches each! I don't know if this man simply disliked me on the spot because I challenged his offer or perhaps he didn't like doing business with a woman but he was Extremely Condescending, Discourteous, Surly and Downright RUDE. I was astounded by his attitude and I called the company's office to complain. I was immediately assured that someone would call me back regarding the incident. Weeks went by and I heard nothing. Finally, I received a call from yet another representative who also assured me that someone would contact me. To Date, no one has bothered. I do not need the aggravation of being disrespected in my own yard and I certainly do NOT appreciate being treated like a 2nd class citizen vs. a valued customer. Obviously Green Pine does not care about keeping our business and therefore neither do we. We used this company exclusively for nearly 10 years and have given them quite a lot of business. Until recently I would have given them 5 stars but now, if I could rate them at Minus Zero stars I would do so. Suffice it to say, we will NOT be using this company, ever again.
