I went to F&D because our contractor improperly installed the wood floors and botched a shower pan; we were looking for guidance. Not only did we get guidance, but hands on instruction. Ray turned a big box retailer into a personal "mom and pop" style resource. It's so rare to meet someone who actually cares.
