        Horrible company, It takes them for ever to load and unload and theyre very picky on what they can and they cannot do. They will only unload your truck if its loaded from the side if its not loaded from the side you have to take it back to the shipper. horrible wasted six days of my life on this company.?

      We appreciate your comments and honest feedback. Arbor/Metals Inc is under new ownership and we're working on improving communication with the carriers and logistics partners that deliver to and pick-up from all of our facilities. Clear loading/unloading instructions are provided on our purchase orders for all of our material so that carriers can have the information they need to conduct their business with us in the most efficient and safest way possible. We also require delivery appointments in order to ensure timely unloading of material. Hopefully, our efforts will result in quicker and more efficient interactions with our logistics partners in the future.
