        Bad customer service and the person that called my father was rude about a survey for BSA Hospital in Amarillo, TX I pray they don't call me back ever. Better yet I blocked the number. My father is elderly and can't hear very well and speaks broken Spanish (he is not educated I am and I couldn't understand what she was talking about about). I asked her to repeat the question in English she was a little put out because I asked her and not my dad. I have medical and durable POA and I told her that she started saying that she would have to restart the survey because I asked her. I told her can end this call and you won't get your survey and she hung up on me. Rude.
