        I recently joined Real Geeks and was delighted with the customer support! Duy Nguyen was polite, patient and professional. He helped me with a plethora of technical issues (me) that I was having on my end ~ not Real Geeks issues. It would have taken me hours and I would have been completely frustrated.         Their onboarding is amazing. Robert was extremely patient with all my 1000s of questions and always went above and beyond to make the onboarding seem effortless. I have been talking to real people through their efforts of running ads and getting traffic to my website.

        I've helped two agents kickstart their websites with Real Geeks and it's been great. Mitchell W. from sales was great to work with, and I was always able to stay in contact with him. Chelsea B. from the onboarding team was also amazing, and again easy to stay in contact with to make sure the CRM and website was ready to go. The team here can really answer every question you have; the customer support via email/tickets is VERY responsive!! I would definitely recommend!
