DHL Express Service Point Dallas

If I can give you guys a -10 I would. I received a message saying package is out on delivery, cool.... Then I received an additional message saying " we tried to deliver your package but was Unsuccessful,delivery on Monday. " I've been waiting all day because the package was supposed to be here and it's not. First and the last time I use DHL promise you THAT!!

*update* The package showed up. It appears the package was NOT tampered with. I reviewed my ring camera history and it appears the package was delivered to the wrong door. The person that dropped the package off appeared to be a neighbor. I upped it from 1 star to 3 stars. DHL claims they delivered my package. LIES! There's nothing worse than patiently waiting for a package to be delivered, getting a delivered notification but nothing arrives. I've escalated my case up to the CEO's office and all I got was "oh well, there's nothing we can do, the driver says he was at the correct address and delivered the package." I reviewed my ring doorbell, no one ever came to my door. The customer service is horrible and there's no accountability within the organization. I won't do business with any merchant that uses DHL as a shipper.

I would rate them zero. Doesn't even care about the customer. My package is being delayed by more than a week and none of them were responding. It seems weird that they are responding to reviews but not actually to their customers.

They lost my $545 dollar package and lied that they found it and sending me Emails to say that but it wasnt real; really bad service.

This has to be the most unprofessional and unorganized shipment center Ive ever dealt with. Customer service is terrible no one is on the same page. My package has been out for delivery for days and still I have received nothing. I was told I would receive the package early by picking it up at the station and then they decided to deliver the package but days later still nothing. Anybody that is ordering from a shipper that uses DHL your better off ordering weeks in advance. DHL will not have your package on time in the days it takes to ship. They will find a 1000 excuses as to why they cannot have proper delivery skills and find ways to blame it on the customer. Absolutely ridiculous!
