They are never responsible for calls, have no customer service, and have very bad security. There was broken into my storage and they didn't have emergency contact.

This is a very clean well-kept storage facility which is very well lit at night they're not open 24 hours a day 7 days a week like the advertised though for that you have to pay extra $20 a month. FYI if you're inside the gate after hours which I believe is 10:00 p.m. You won't be able to get out the pad that you put your code in does it allow anyone to exit after hour after hours you would have to call the fire department which would come and they unlock the gate and let you exit. I had some problems in the beginning but now it's kind of ironed out and things are better. Very important detail about this place there is no electricity in the units no light no electrical outlets so you can really only use it during the daytime or if you have a UPS or backup battery system You can use it in the evenings about most people don't have that so it's mostly a daylight daytime thing here. There is no office manager there is no office it's remotely monitored and there is a guy that they have that comes like three times a week to monitor the property clean and tend to it. There is no 24-hour customer service number that you can dial You would just have to email the office wherever that is or speak with a lady named Nicole who tend to be the area manager I guess for storage can USA I don't know. But she's pretty nice and right cordial and quick to resolve matters.
