Our insurance company gave us a heck of a time when our hail damaged 13 year old roof started leaking. They told us it was all maintenance issues that were our responsibility. Brauzon from Built to Last saved us. He helped get the inspector to come out again and see the damage that was missed before. There was a prolonged process from the insurance company but Brauzon and the company stayed on top of everything and provided timely updates to us. We never could have gotten this done without their expertise and professional persistence.

Nick was very professional and friendly. Came home early than the appointment time due to the urgency. After the inspection, he explained in detail about the issues and the next steps. Went and beyond fixed the major shingle issues before the storm started while it was drizzling , it was scary to watch. Highly recommend
