Tony and the entire Sunshine Roofing team were incredible to work with. He helped make a very overwhelming roof and gutter project for our HOA as smooth and efficient as possible. We still marvel at how quickly everything got done! He's also very well-versed with working with insurance matters. Tony at Sunshine Roofing was terrific to work with. Very nice, very responsive. He met with the insurance adjustor and took care of the entire process. It was the easiest and smoothest roof replacement that I've ever had. The quality and workmanship was top notch, too. Highly recommend Sunshine Roofing.

After finding out my roof needed to be replaced a third time I was not excited. The two previous roofing companies were awful. There was constant delays, quality issues and just a total lack of transparency. My amazing neighbor recommended Sunshine roofing. Tony met with my insurance adjuster and made sure that all the covered damage was noted on the estimate which made it really easy for me to be honest. I was so happy when they upgraded my cheap shingles to a way better shingle and I got to pick the color which was cool. After USAA approved the estimate the very next day my new roof was on my house. My gutters and downspouts were also destroyed and I was able to pick out the color and the upgraded gutters look amazing! The whole fence was damaged too and that is almost completed. All I had to pay was my deductible and I am so happy I finally got a good roofer. Third time is a charm

Sunshines team basically took all the normal headaches with handling insurance and took care of everything for us. They handled all the negotiations and got more from the insurance company than if I had just worked with them myself could have thought possible. Thats even before the workmanship. The owners were there every day to make sure everything was being taken care of according to our wishes and if there was ever any doubt they made sure to consult us. You frequently hear about bad experiences with contractors but I can honestly say sunshines team was the most honest and up front I have ever worked with. Highly recommend.
