So ridiculous getting ahold of them. I've called all managers multiple times on different days for weeks. I was promised to get one of my tenant a key the mailroom (they were locked inside for 30min without one) but they never brought one. When you call any of the managers you cant even leave a message because their mailbox is full. Would never recommend this management company.

They really aren't in business to serve the community, and that's why their leasing agents, like Sandra, at their properties, including Vistas at the Park in Lewisville, are so horrible, rude, and unprofessional.

When you call the message says they care about their residents. There is not a specific person to talk to , but no matter who you pick you have to leave a message in which is NEVER returned. They don't read their emails and when you move out they call you and leave threatening voicemails. The places are over priced but nice. God forbid you have to talk to someone professional.

I bought property at High Hollows North in 2019 and it has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life. HOA which is questionable, has hired Protea to manage property and Ive never seen such incompetence and corruption. Im honestly at a loss. They hire incompetent, low level people to do maintenance. They create problems and solve none and they lie about EVERYTHING. If you are thinking of buying or renting at a property that they manage, think again. Save yourself the headache and regret.

You manage the vista at plum creek apartments in kyle Texas and this apartment complex is absolutely in shambles and out of control in so many aspects. I have been overcharged with random $150 monthly charges for 6 months now. These are older and very dirty apartments, and you have no right to charge so much when the lack of upkeep is apparent. It is embarrassing to bring friends and family here when the breezeways smell so horrible and are covered in garbage and stains. A lot of people living here have settled for the poor living conditions because these used to be the cheapest apartments in kyle. Now were paying as much as the nice new apartments across the street, but have to deal with horrible living conditions like moldy breezeways, air conditioners going out for months in the summer, no useable dog park, dirty pool, staff not refilling dog waste stations, staff not keeping up with resident leases, overflowing trash from garbage areas, and getting random charges that even staff doesnt know what they are. There is no reason to raise the rent on residents who have lived here for years and havent gotten their units updated or renovated. It is extremely unreasonable to expect residents to pay the same in rent as someone who has a newly renovated unit, while mine has barely functioning and hazardous appliances, mold, and so many issues that never get fixed. You do not deserve to charge more for these apartments in the condition theyre in. Do better!! These are peoples homes and they deserve to not be scammed. You knew the state of these apartments when you decided to take over management, so take ownership and fix the problems because this apartment will not run itself. A fresh coat of paint and new sofas in the leasing office will only get you so far.
