So thankful for Shamil Shalwani. I was able to find the right home & close all within a month. Shamil asked just the right questions to help me narrow down my home searching criteria & provided a great tour of the top 6 homes. 3 days later and I had an approved offer letter below asking price. He was there every step of the way and helped me negotiate a few more things during the builders walk through - new built. I did not have a pre-approval letter when I first reached out so he connected me with an amazing mortgage lender. I am extremely grateful for his professional & effective way of handling real estate and highly recommend him!

KARA IS THE BESTTT! She really went out of her way to help me find an apartment, I gave her my budget and within HOURS I had a list of several apartments within my budget and desire of location. She went with me to see the apartments of my choice and did ALL the talking for me. I found the apartment I wanted for the lowest price in the city and got approved the same day. I couldn't have found it without her. She was very personable and easy to communicate with! If I ever need help finding another space I WILL CALL HER. @ The Locaters she needs a raise Lmaooooo

Shamil was so great! I just moved to Dallas, so he showed me the area and gave great recommendations. The apartments he showed were exactly my taste and price range.

As a renter, we used Richie twice to find the perfect place. Our lifestyles changed and we had to figure out a way to beat the Dallas traffic, without paying the Dallas price. In our first rented home, we had ceiling damage that needed to be repaired before we could move in and he personally made sure it got done, because HE DID THE WORK HIMSELF. I was amazed. So when we had to move again, of course we trusted him to find us the perfect place. Once again, we'd struck gold. A place where we could have our pets, a kitchen we desired, and amenities we couldn't even imagine paying for in Dallas. Without Richie's knowledge and dedication to his work, we can now write a happier chapter in our book. After renting over the years we moved on and bought a house, and however, it wasn't in the same state as our favorite realtor. He gave us the advice and awareness to make sure we got exactly what we needed. I will definitely be asking for more advice when we decide to move, yet again. Thanks Richie!
