We have lived in many neighborhoods during our 38 years of marriage but none has been as great at the Pecan Square Hillwood community. From the small town feel to the wonderful neighbors and amenities, it has felt like Home from day 1. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed in Hillwood commitment to protecting wildlife and fish. Literally burying fish in a natural pond at Harvest. Couldnt afford minor cost to relocate fish during budgeting process? Harvest community trying to relocate on our own but threatened with trespassing. Really!

Zero stars given to Hillwood Communities . Though they care about themselves and their communities in Texas, coming to Georgia and making a plan to build 3000,000 warehouses next to one of our most popular and beautiful state parks earns them nothing. Hillwood wants to destroy the beauty of High Falls State Park in Georgia. Their warehouses will border a neighborhood as well as streams and rivers where runoff will pollute and destroy the environment and waterways. I have nothing good to say about Hillwood Communities.

Where do I begin? Hillwood has been known to craft the most captivating neighborhood youll ever see. The experience theyve created within their communities are truly what makes them unique. My wife and I always dreamed to be apart of a Hillwood community. Hillwood has definitely made our family dream come true! Moving to Pecan Square has been such an amazing journey. There is definitely no neighborhood quite like ours. We truly love how welcoming the community makes you feel. Cant tell you how many times Ive heard people obsess over our community. Pecan Square is definitely one of the best communities to be apart of alongside with Harvest. Truly excited to see the future development around our community! Thank you Hillwodd for making this dream possible! #WelcomeHome

Tim – Hillwood Communities and our partners at Hillwood Properties are aware of and working to resolve this situation. There was and is a plan to relocate the fish and it is a matter of timing rather than budget that is dictating when this can occur. We have coordinated with a trusted fishery consultant to safely relocate the fish. In the interim, trespassing in an active construction zone is dangerous for all people involved, including the residents and the construction team members, and appropriate action must be taken to maintain a safe environment.
