I wanted to rate and recommend agent Ivan Martinez Rivera, who provided excellent support, guidance and counsel to what had been a pretty miserable first time home buyer experience. I reached out as a last ditch hail Mary after encountering many obstacles with little way forward. This call singlehandedly turned everything around and I am proud to say I closed this week on my first home. Ivan demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout this process, but what impressed me the most was his knowledge of housing styles, builds and remodeling trends that helped me focus on what I valued in a property and ultimately helped me zero in on my dream home. During the contract acceptance process, he maintained strong communication and would update on major changes always making sure to stay ahead and anticipate any issues on the horizon. He negotiated hard when it came to some issues arising from inspection and he delivered an outstanding result, and ultimately secured a great deal. I would recommend Ivan Martinez Rivera if you are in need of an elite agent with immense property and market knowledge, but also provides an interpersonal touch that makes a stressful, confusing and anxiety inducing experience like buying a home for the first time just much easier to handle.
