Carver Bennett was incredibly helpful in my husband and I's search for our first home. He is personable, a strong communicator and was very flexible with his schedule even when we wanted to look at some homes last minute. During the entire negotiations process he kept us constantly updated on developments and made signing any contracts as convenient as possible. Matt Cassidy is hands down the G.O.A.T. when it comes to getting people their homes. My son and I relocated to Dallas about a month ago from SC. I thought I was able to complete a search and locate a place on my own but I couldn't tell the difference between Oak Cliff and Oak Tree. I emailed the agency and by that afternoon, Matt called me to review what I was looking for in homes. Matt sent out emails and text messages to make sure he located possible homes I would like. He even met me Superbowl morning to check out one location I was interested in. Matt pulled multiple rabbits out of his hat during the application process to ensure that I got everything in to the real estate agent and to keep me encouraged about the process.
