        Bait and switch company. We were promised a smooth transition from a hard money loan over to a LTH rental loan seamlessly by Chip Cagle and after 2 years we were forced to sell sadly. 3k extension feel every 3 months to keep the loan open or face foreclosure and we couldnt find another option. If we had known he would mislead us to get the loan in the first place we would have proceeded with a different exit strategy completely. This was a nightmare and he was gone after getting his initial loan. Stay away from this company

        My experience with this company was very bad was treated very unfairly, they will act like they doing you a favor doing business with you very 2 face people. If you looking for hard money look somewhere else.
