Hello! I clearly remember the first time I met Gabrielle Wolff at my house that I had for sell. The amount of effort and time she put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she spent her entire evening walking me through how selling my house could go. From that moment when we met that evening, I asked her to be my realtor with no doubts but all trusting that this was the right person to help me sell my house. She was always available to provide me with the information that I needed or didnt need, but needed for the sake of my staying positive. Every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also knew I was in good hands with Gabrielle Wolff. She was a God sent! Especially because, this was my first-time selling a house, I didnt know all of the right questions I should be asking, dos and donts, etc. For example, she would ALWAYS proactively provide me with information, which made me know like I was walking through this process and my eyes were not closed. From an expectations perspective, I dont know how Gabrielle Wolff does it and to the fault of having other realtors I worked with they set my expectations really low. But Gabrielle Wolff set my expectation high and realistic because she could and would meet them. Overall, I strongly recommend Gabrielle Wolff to anyone looking to sell or buy a home, especially if they are first-time homebuyers or sellers. Recently Gabrielle helped my husband and I buy our first house. It was not an easy experience but her honesty, frankness and expertise helped us to navigate this difficult market. We ran into issues with our mortgager lender but she was able to save the house we had already put an offer on and connect us with an even better mortgage lender. I got a great deal on my house and feel like I made a friend. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to jump into the Dallas housing market.
