I have to start off by saying Im no easy customer. Ricardo was incredibly patient and supportive in showing us property after property in this crazy real estate market until we found one that we could finally call home. Im sure if we had given him less constraints (price, location, amenities, size, etc.) he would have had an easier job, but instead of scoffing at our list of ridiculous demands he did his best to accommodate us and never pressured us into a buy. During the buying/closing process Ricardo advocated for us the best he could and was always quick to respond to all our questions. Purchasing a home, especially has a first time buyer, is never an easy or smooth process, but were really happy that we had Ricardo as our liaison, teacher and (now) friend. Thank you for being awesome at what you do!
