Buying our home with John Funk was a 10 + from start to finish! From asking our "must-haves" in our new home to "how did you guys meet?" he really gets to know you well to find your perfect home..He was very accommodating with the showings during late evenings and weekends since my fiance and I both work late hours. He also sold my fiance's previous home exactly about a year ago and did an amazing job. We will definitely work with John Funk to purchase our next home and highly recommend his services. Mr. Wilson P. Roach, III was awesome. He is very professional and have a lot of patients compare to some of the other realtors I had work with. He is great. I highly recommend Mr. Roach. Working with John Funk to purchase a home has been the best decision in ensuring I found the perfect place! As someone who has an inflexible work schedule, John was fantastic about going to visit potential homes and sending me videos and recommendations to decide whether they were worth going to see in person. This saved me TONS of time! John ALWAYS made himself available and I ALWAYS felt like a priority for him. I could not recommend John more. It is hard to find a real estate agent that makes you feel like they aren't prioritizing other clients that are spending more money and with John, I always felt like he was actively searching for my new home with me, not just waiting for me to find something. I am really happy with my new home and am grateful for John's patience with me in finding just the right place! John will always be my realtor, you will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience with Wilson P. Roach, III from the Lucido team at Keller Williams as my agent when buying a house. He was responsive both before and after the sale to any requests I had. At one point during the negotiation, I was concerned the seller and I might not reach agreement on terms and conditions. Wilson kept a cool head, and he guided me through the process until we reached a deal! I would definitely recommend Wilson for any real estate transaction.
