Living in a house managed by this company has been an absolute nightmare. My maintenance request portal is a long list of me begging them to fix the plumbing for the entire duration of me living here. My shower currently has poop coming up the drain and they made me wait all weekend until Monday to send someone. Then the morning they were supposed to come I call them and ask where maintenance is and they say they sent maintenance to another house instead. I had the entire plumbing in my house not work for 2 weeks. Every toilet was unusable. I had to drive down the road to the gas station to use the restroom. Alna management gave me a $150 decrease on my $2500 rent for the slight nuisance of not being able to use the toilet in my house I pay for. When I moved in the hookup for the washer didn't allow water to flow in because someone setup the valves incorrectly apparently. My house has 3 showers and only 1 of them got hot water when I moved in. Apparently the valve to allow hot water in those showers was also installed incorrectly. This company will hire the absolute cheapest workers possible to make repairs and it is very apparent. Everything is broken. No one cares to fix it because every worker quits the following week. I called the manager today to tell her maintenance blew me off and she apparently quit too. Under no circumstance should you consider moving into a house managed by Alna management.

This "company" is some kind of scam or what ?. I clicked on its website they listed on Google, instead of property company, their website is online pharmacy that for CIALIS. Duh. I think this is not legit company.

I have been in my home going on 4 years the first few years were ruff to say the least. The company has improved staff and has been doing an amazing job this year. Melissa Jones is AWESOME and so helpful.
