Suzy is a fantastic realtor who knows the neighborhoods of Dallas extremely well and has sold in most of them. She is helpful with the art of the offer from a buyers perspective and matter of fact in her dealings. I have enjoyed both of my experiences.

She was often 3 steps ahead of us when we had questions. She is responsive, thoughtful, and made our home buying process so enjoyable. Suzy is a smart and savvy realtor. I had a full price offer within the first week of showings. She walks you through every step of the selling process. This is my second transaction with Suzy, and when it comes time for my third, Ill be calling her again!

We relocated cross-country to Dallas, and we chose Suzy to help us find our home here. We felt immediately comfortable with her and her knowledge when we had our first meeting/"interview." She is very informed of the DFW region, the market, pricing history, and so forth. In making such huge decisions for our family, my husband and I can be quite indecisive, and we tend to over-analyze every pain-staking detail of every home. We also ask a lot of questions. But Suzy was very patient with us, and never ever pushed or pressured. This was very important to us. She provided great advice for us every step of the way. We also feel she truly knows what she is doing in terms of the contract, paperwork, etc. as well. We really felt she represented us and our best interests all the way to the end. Thank you Suzy!
