Live Reszi

Even though we didn't move forward with renting a house with them I want to give them a shout out becuase their management group was on top of it. Ivan was super friendly and informative about the houses in the area and about answering all of our questions. After seeing how other managment companies operate and and follow up it was really comforting to know that companies like yours and agents like Ivan are still out there looking out for our best interests.

Dealing with Reszi has been a very good experience because of their professionalism and their communication. If I have any questions and or concerns Sylvia smith always responds and is quick to help. Sylvia has been very patient and understanding and if she says she is going to do something she keeps her word. Because of her, my experience with Reszi has been great.

I have been with Reszi for 1 year and some change. I moved here from Missouri, and the process was fast and easy the 1st go around. I decided to transfer to a different property with Reszi once my lease was up and there was ALOT of hiccups. ALOT of people dropped the ball and communication wasn't happening with people of Reszi. HOWEVER, I ended up with Ms. Sylvia S, and she was the best person ever. (Mind you she doesnt work in the department I was needing to speak to) She went above and beyond her job duties to make sure everything was right for me. Even on her off days she would reach out and make sure other people had reached out about the transfer process. Ms. Sylvia needs a raise. Her service with me is amazing and I'm so thankful she was willing and able to help. **** From AW
