There is so much I can say about Sandy it would take pages. So let me say she is relentless in getting you the best price for you new home and for the home you are selling. The home I was selling was a challenge to get the right appraisal. She worked to make it happen! She didn't let one thing go by without questioning it or responding to it. No detail was to small for Sandy to handle. She was very patient and responsive with all of my questions. She is an incredible realtor and I have worked with many.

I cant say enough about Sandy. She is a relentless advocate making sure no aspect of the real estate goes unattended, unnoticed, or under-appreciated. My condo in the Cedars was a very difficult property to get approved. My bank pulled out 3 days before closing because of the "uniqueness" of the property. Sandy scrambled to find another lender...best part is they came in a lower rate and better terms. She is magician! Thanks Sandy for all you do. She will be coming to our house-warming party when we have it...and I think that says it all :)

I've known Sandy Maltese for several years now and I have to say, she is not only a great real estate agent, but an awesome friend. She is like family and will work hard for you to insure that you find that perfect home. Sandy has helped my family and I throughout the years locate rental properties and most recently helped us purchase our new home. She is well connected within the community and can make the process seem less stressful. Sandy is my go to person and subject matter expert whenever I look to purchase a piece of property. She will make you feel like you are her only client and will always be there for you, no matter how many houses we had her show us until we found the right one. I would highly recommend Sandy for your future home purchase or rental property.
