He worked with his contacts to get us the best financing options available, and Gary ended finding us a brand-new construction at a great price. Gary is a realtor who zeroed in on my wants/needs right away. He communicated well about different procedures and processes involved in purchasing property that I would have had to research otherwise. He thought of every detail; was always prompt and gave guidance without being overbearing at all. Gary sold rental property for me 7 years ago and in the interim continued contact with me by sending monthly bargain coupons for restaurants, service places, etc. In every category: an excellent realtor.
