I dont even know where to start! Miranda Ewing made this process so easy for us. Because of her dedication, we were the first ones to get a tour at the house we ended up getting, and that ended up being a huge reason we were able to get it! We were on a tough schedule with a lease end looming and she did not rest until we had the perfect house, and made it happen within our tricky timeframe. We have been in our house about a month now in the Downtown Carrollton area. We cannot recommend her enough, she was always available throughout the process and as first time home buyers, she really held our hands and helped us learn and understand. My partner and I were fortunate enough to be given Mysti Stewart's contact to help us find our first home in Dallas. It was clear by our very first meeting with her that she was personable, trustworthy, creative, experienced and extremely knowledgable about DFW and real estate. She took the time to understand our personalities along with our wants, needs, nice-to-have's and non-negotiables pertaining to the home. We landed on a beautiful, 3 BR/2B newly renovated home in Lake Highlands and we could not be more excited. My wife and I engaged Mysti Stewart (Mysti Stewart Group) to sell our home in Lakewood in the fall of 2023. The market was not a perfect seller market; however, Mysti was the perfect realtor for us. She has expert market knowledge and the ideal personality to professionally represent us in a really unusual market given the rising interest rates. Mysti and her team (Diane Beaty) helped us stage our home with impeccable taste. Her calm demeanor helped us navigate the home sales and closing process in an extremely smooth manner. Emily Thorsen Blair with the Mysti Stewart Group was the most incredible realtor experience. She was so patient with myself and my husband throughout the (multi-year...eek) process of finding our dream home. We searched and searched, and appreciated her honest opinion of when to walk away and when to actually pull the trigger. The home we pulled the trigger on truly exceeds our wildest dreams, and then some. We have everything we wanted and more -- and it was in our current neighborhood of Austin Waters in Carrollton!! Once we went under contract, she helped negotiate on our behalf and actually got us quite a few perks that worked out incredibly well for us. She held our hand through the closing process and continued to update us with what we needed to do next, which was so helpful as I was in the midst of my busiest time of year at work. Emily was kind, thoughtful, patient, and most importantly, she got us our DREAM home with a dream timeline.
