Buying my first home was only a thought that I had for so many years, I always held back because I was so scared and intimidated by the process, specially nowadays with this house market. We worked with Hailey as out-of-state buyers and had an overall wonderful experience. She is organized, detailed, professional, a great listener, easy to talk to, and very thoughtful. My wife and I flew in over a 2 day period to look at roughly 12 homes and ended up securing a property during our visit. The level of detail that she provided to coordinate our home search in such a short amount of time is unheard of. Even in an uncertain market, Hailey was able to negotiate a remarkable purchase price for us. She also took time out of her busy schedule to be our boots on the ground in assisting to source a short term rental during the transition period from selling our previous home in Scottsdale and waiting for our new construction home to be completed.
