Idea Grove does things the right way. They give a lot of runway, understand that good work takes time and are experts at their craft. As a partner they are willing to sacrifice through short-term setbacks in exchange for long-term gains. These days companies boast about having 'the best culture.' That is silly. Professionals rarely have to say 'I'm professional' and people with integrity don't say 'I have integrity.' They prove that every day and let others talk for them.
