Please address the management of Dunhill, printer has been broken for months, the machine in a fitness center has been only fixed after months of antagonizing complaints from the residents, the trash is everywhere in garage. The team isn't responsive and seems to do the bare minimum to get by.

Spoke with the president of the Co., Jose, and he did not seem to care about any of my concerns and didn't even apologize. Quite the opposite. He challenged me to get a lawyer and encouraged me to move out. Me and 40 others went without power for 5 days. With zero communication on fixing it. Any communication came on my end and was lied to 6 times, including big boss was going to call me on Friday. Called on Tues when it was fixed. Cowardice at best. Jose said the buck stopped with him when I asked for a supervisor at his co. and would not gibe me a different comtact person/number.Can you imagine being without power for 5 days and hung up on, Boss calls and says he didn't care if I was unhappy or not and challenged, laughed and encouraged me to escalate. Told me he wasnt interested in going back and forth with me, which clearlt demonstrates his apathy towards tenants. I'm beyond shocked he has a job in customer service. Feel free to contact me directly and save the generic response about how serious you take complaints. Guess that dept. Stays pretty busy.

Would not recommend. This company took over the apartment building I have been in for three years. Since they took over rent has gone way up and everything else has gone way down. Theres an issue with my rent every month from mixing it up with another tenants to charging me incorrect late fees even though I pay on time. Even had my rent misplaced by them. While there is one management member, Ricky, who is very helpful, the rest of Managment doesnt exercise communication at all. The halls and common areas are so FILTHY now (see photos). Also the building hasnt had a properly functioning security system for 4 months. The building has been left open to the public from doors to the parking garage (they actually took the gates off the parking garage this week). I have called and left countless voicemails with lead equitys main office team and not one person has answered OR returned my calls. Very unprofessional.
