I live at Newport village apartments in Abilene texas, and let me tell you, your management is a joke, the grounds are unkempt, pools are Green and Stink, all the Trustworthy maintenance, have had to leave because they had to wait for approval to buy and repair whatever needs to be repaired or replaced, I have talked to several other Tennants and they plan to leave as soon as their lease is up, hopefully the owne r will look into this sad situation!! Also in case of any Emergency who is going to take care of it??

Been trying to get a hold of these people since morning ,nomatter what options u press it all goes to voice mail... I guess they dont take there job too seriouse but yet want to get pd..

Since it is hard to contact your office by phone I guess I have to try here. How is is legal for your property located in South Houston , Tx by the name of Granada Terrace are able to evict and charge residents the cost to replace AC compressors?! Notices were received on residents doors last week advising all residents to not set their AC below 74 degrees for as long as you are living on the property! Even during the summer time! These apartments are not all bills paid and these apartments do not pay residents electricity bill! How can they force residents to keep their AC at a certain temperature? How can they force residents to replace AC compressors all because the apartments do not want to pay to have things fixed. It can get up to over 100 degrees in Texas during the summer! But I have to remain hot for the sake of not being evicted or hit with a bill for 1600.00 in a Low Income Complex. This cant be legal

Babiiiiii let me tell you about these ppl behind this property management company smh...... very VERY VERY VERY DISORGANIZED..RUDE..LIARS..UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! DON'T EVEN RENT A BATHROOM STALL BY THEM!!! CONTACTING THE PROPERTY MANAGENMENT FOR OVER 6 MTHS STILL NO RESPONSE AND IVE LEDT VOICEMAILS.... WASTE OF TIME.... THEY THE APARTMENTS I RENTED FROM JUST MONEY GAFFLERS.. THE PROPERTY MANGER... A JOKE. The assistants don't even know if they coming or going... very confuse... oh don't even try to go to the office doors lock and they will walk pass like they don't see you...
