    Still giving 0 stars for BHOM. I posted a review a week ago. The Bhom bot ( Natalie) replied sorry and to reach out to her. I had already sent her an email since I saw her previous responses. Guess what ? She does not respond either. She just posts a fake " I am sorry" to make it look like she will respond ( to the public reading the reviees).

    If I could give no stars, I would give them no stars. My son is renting an apartment from BHom. He had to medically withdraw from classes last fall and then on Christmas was involved in a pedestrian/car accident. He has not been able to return to college or his apartment. I have tried to explain this to the site management, reached out to the DM and even reached out to the CEO. I have not gotten any help to get be able to break the lease. We have a college age son with medical issues at home and they have shown no compassion and no response from them. In fact, the site management would not give me any contacts, I had to sleuth them. **** STILL GIVING NO STARS **** since the BHOM bot Natalie says she will respond and doesn't respond

    My apartment complex was recently purchased by B.HOM, and I read in the information about the company that residents were sent after this purchase, that b.hom has a philosophyto "provide a wildly awesome living experience for our residents by offering amenities and services that go above and beyond expectations." Unfortunately, the amenities and services that I have received fail to meet even my most modest expectations, and I have been consistently lied to by management. I find this behavior completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unethical. I have been treated very disrespectfully and I am immensely disappointed by my apartment's failure to live up to the expectations that they advertised to me when I signed my lease here. I am also disappointed that B.HOM's website has no way to contact higher ups, as their contact form will only send your complaints to the leasing office of your apartment, which in my case will accomplish nothing because my apartment's management has proved that they will not take any complaints seriously. I would strongly reccommend against living in any B.HOM properties to anyone who expects to be treated with courtesy and basic respect.

    B.HOM owns Stadium Apartments in Fort Collins, CO. Once mold was found growing in one of the apartments after repeated maintenance requests had been ignored, the students got nothing but the runaround from both Stadium and B.HOM. B.HOM's internal lawyer was more concerned about spewing insults than he was about the health and safety of the students. Highly unprofessional and no concern for their tenants. Stay away!

    I am writing this review to share my experience with 21Rio, located in Austin, TX. Unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience for me. I have been overcharged for water bills without any explanation. Even though I live in a three-bedroom unit, I am paying over $300 a month for water. The management is non-existent, as there is no property manager onsite. In fact, two managers have quit in less than three months. The place is completely disorganized, and only a couple of students are working at the desk to help explain the failures or B.Hom. If you call them, they will never call you back. I would advise everyone to not fall for the fake tour they provide. Instead, I encourage you to shop around, read reviews, and take a close look at the competition. Moreover, the place is dirty. When I moved in, the apartment was filthy, with sinks clogged, the bathroom vent completely clogged, the HVAC vent filthy, and the floor dirty and covered with overspray paint. I suggest you take your own tour and ask to see a different apartment. Don't let them show you the "Show Apt". Update 12/20/2023, In this review, Natalie with B.Hom promised to get in touch with me to address my concerns. However, it's already been 14 days and I haven't heard from anyone yet. I suggest you shop around and save yourself the trouble. As a parent, you should be spending your time supporting your kids, not managing their apartment issues.
