    Do yourself a favor, dont stay with this property. If I could give zero stars I would. I moved from out of state and thought temporarily living in an Airbnb owned by this group would be a smart decision while in transition to Texas. I stayed here for 3 months. This is a pet friendly establishment, and I checked a dog upon reservation. Upon move in I noted a musty/wet smell but assumed that the unit had not been recently occupied and went out and bought candles to make it feel like home. Within 7 days of move in I noted cockroaches and smaller bugs that I messaged the host about inquiring when the last time a deep clean had been completed. I was told its done every time a person vacates the location. Over the next 3 months, the unit had various issues to include broken appliances, including AC on the coldest weekend of the year, jammed front doors, broken coffee pots and of course an increase in activity of bugs. All continued to be brought to the hosts attention with little urgency until the last 3 weeks of my reservation at which point then there was concern to even try to move me or offer compensation. Cockroaches were climbing on curtains, on the floors and around the bathroom. There were evident cracks in the walls and closet floors where these bugs could be getting in from. I involved Airbnb but little could be done. After much conversation with the host we had come to an understanding about consession or so I thought. We discussed two weeks of my 3 month stay in which I only received 5 days and was told me and my dog were the source of the problem only AFTER they had deep cleaned the unit and had pest control seal the open areas as I had originally asked about 7 days after move in 3 months later. Dont stay here. Way over priced for a poorly cared for property, multiple cracks in floors, obvious damage to doors and outside common areas. Its not worth the 3000+ dollars a month or the insulting care they call customer service

    The RitzyRoom properties I've seen are surprisingly glamorous and in great condition. Andrew helped us. He answered any questions quickly, and handled any issues just as quickly. I would no sooner email a document and text it was heading his way, than he would text he had received it. It is incredibly rare to find that commitment and work ethic, and my husband and I were grateful for his help.

    I had a very positive experience dealing with Andrew at Ritzy room. He was very timely with responses and went out of his way to Solve a challenging moment that came up when I had to switch properties. My insurance adjuster forgot to notify Ritsy of my extension. He worked quickly to solve the problem which involved his time up to 11:30pm that evening. I am very grateful.
