After lease term was up and contract went month to month, I gave notice of moving out and because my last day was in the middle of the month, was misleadingly told my rent for that incomplete month would be pro rated after I paid the whole month. Upon move out, they found every little thing they could find in the house to replace that were functional when I left or had only had normal wear and tear: ceiling fans, dishwasher, light fixtures. When I didnt receive an itemized list of move out charges within the legally allowed time, I emailed them alerting them of the fact. They said the itemization had been sent to me a few weeks prior, but that they could send it again. When they sent it again, it had charges for replacement of a few things, dated days AFTER I had emailed to ask and been told they had already done it itemized charges AFTER the time limit within which they were supposed to do the itemization. The amount in the itemization of course exceeded my large deposit plus the significant excess in rent I paid for days I did not live there. It was an unpleasant experience renting with them the entire time. Beware.
