    At first, moving in was a breeze, and the people helping me were so helpful. The house was amazing, and any issue I had was addressed within a day or two. However, within the past few months, everything has gone downhill. I was charged a bill back for a maintenance issue that still hasn't been addressed. The electrical to my smoke detectors doesn't work. They said they'd have to send an actual electrician, and three months later they still haven't. I asked questions about the bill back because I didn't feel I should pay for something that still hasn't been addressed. But, they attached the bill back to my rent, thereby forcing me to pay it; otherwise, face late rent fees. Twice, I had been told someone would contact me about it, but they never have. I called multiple times, left voicemails,and messages and emails, but still zero communication. I figure since they got their money, they feel they don't need to discuss it or address any concern. On top of that, I was supposed to get my lease renewal June 24th, and I still don't have it (which is a breech of contract). Yet again, I've called multiple times, it goes to voicemail, sent two messages, and still haven't talked to a real person. They never respond anymore. Now, I have the fear of whether or not I have a place to live in the next three weeks.

    Mynd recently took over our rental and when it comes to maintenance they lack urgency. They want you to troubleshoot problems, and basically take care of items yourself. Had a faucet leaking in the sink, that took almost a week to have them schedule a repair. Next we had our ac go out on the hottest day of the year so far, took over two hours to get a response back, their app wasnt working and so we couldnt respond to messages. Ask the person I talked to originally to make sure they called and they put a note on the request. No one called and they sent a message that I found later. Finally got someone out to fix the ac over 7 hours later. AC was diagnosed and the repair tech waited on the phone with them for over 40 minutes with no response. The tech had to leave and we had to stay a night in a hot house. Poor management and no lack of urgency. I have lived in other rental properties and never had such a lack of urgency when it comes to repairs. 6/27/23- Update emailed the email below and no response. I guess they are really worried about how their tenants are handled.

    So if you're late on rent they'll charge you late fees then send out an eviction letter. I actually finished paying rent the day before I received that letter and a week later they charged me a eviction fee. I have zero problems with these fees. I have a problem with yall taking it out of a transaction thst was completed. I paid rent, 2 days later I got a notice, a week later they charged me the legal fee but instead of it being a stand alone fee they took it out of my rent and now i owe rent. Charged me a fee, don't take it out of my completed rent transaction. No other business does this kind of crooked practice. Imagine if I could pay a bill and then say oh just take it out of last transaction, it doesn't work the other way around so why does it work with yall. This is a HORRIBLE practice. I shouldn't have to stress every week about my rent being paid or not or if you're gonna take money away from my rent.

    First couple of days in new house I seen rat droppings in boiler closet. I took pictures and advised company never heard anything back on issue. Two in a half months in and a rat came out from underneath kitchen cabinets where they join. I advised once again and I was told per lease the tenant is responsible for any pesticides even though I clearly advised the week I moved in of the issue.

    Recently moved into one of their homes. For one the home is not even close the expensive price. We wanted a home with a yard. We moved all the way here from Colorado. The yard full of glass. Trash, dirt. No grass in the front. Our backyard floods almost into our house. There is also glass in the backyard. The garage looks horrible! Holes in walls! Ive reported these things and someone came out. Said our gutters are all damaged. Said our backyard is high flood zone. After they sent the estimate out to this company. We never heard anything back. Our air conditioning keeps going off and the emergency line never answers ever! Its 102 degrees today and our air is not working and has been running nonstop. So our bill is going to be huge! We reported pest multiple times. Never heard back. We have trees in our backyard hitting the power line which is extremely dangerous! Told the company multiple times. We moved in April 29th. Still havent heard back about that. We pay $1850 for the tiniest house plus a $20 monthly fee. If you saw our house and yard you could be in shock. We didnt have a chance to really see the house until we moved to Texas. I would not recommend going through this company. I have emailed them. Sent In pictures. Called. Done all I can do get help. Wondering what we should do next.
