By far the most incompetent staff weve ever seen. Trying to get simple updates from them is like pulling teeth. Owners and Tenants alike should take their business anywhere else.

We moved into a house managed by Silberman Realty a little over a month ago and within days we noticed 1) one of the garage doors not even being connected to a working opener, 2) the AC was in terrible condition and needing maintenance, and 3) the plumbing not working properly in the spare bathroom. They were able to arrange repair for the garage and AC but the most vital problem which is the plumbing has been dragging on for over a month and there seems to be little to no urgency. The issue has grown and is now affecting the master bathroom leaving us with zero working toilets in our home. I'd call that a pretty big problem. Silberman Realty at all three locations has answered the phone one time in more than several attempts to call. After only a month of living here, I'm quite concerned about what our experience will be going forward. I have rented all of my adult life and never had an experience this bad with any of our landlords. Please future tenants do not make the same mistake we did and fail to properly vet this company before you rent from them.
