Im so glad I found PMI Big D properties to manage my property! Bobby and Jeffri have been so helpful and responsive with every question and concern I have. Communication was very important to me in finding the right team and they have always been easy to reach out. They go above and beyond, doing walk throughs, supporting rehabs, and taking care of tenants needs. When it came to listing they were detail oriented, quick to get the right tenant in. It took less than two weeks from listing to getting the property rented! Everything has been smooth so far with PMI managing my property.

Jeffri and Bobby were recommended to me for property management from a business contact and I highly recommend them and their team. They are easy to communicate with, willing to take on new clients, and their owner portal is useful and easy to navigate. As a realtor, you don't get to pick who you do business with, as it is up to the client, but I was so thankful to have a chance to work with Jeffri. She was kind, prompt, communicative, honest and easy to work with. There were a few challenges that came up with the title company we were using(not her fault)but Jeffri always got on top of it. She is great agent and I'd love to work with her again in the future.
