The Continental at Mercantile Place

My experience has been very pleasing since day one of applying to the continental. Carolyn Dang has been very helpful and patient with making sure I was satisfied with my unit and everything was taken care of stress free… she is definitely highly recommended in my book for future residence.

Carolyn Dang gives the absolute best service. She’s incredibly personable and responsive when issues arise. She works hard to help the residents find a resolution. She has legitimately improved my experience over the last year living here.

I've lived at this property since 2018 and have seen numerous positive changes including the addition of Staci Hasman our new GM. Since her joining Brookfield in the last few months,the properties have been cleaner and amenities are getting back to working order as the were pre-Covid. The addition of Shaun Ross,Carolyn Dang and the new Maintenance Team is what these properties needed this whole time. I can't be any happier with this new team as they've went above and beyond to make sure the needs of every resident has been met. The new Management and Maintenance staff should be proud of how they were able to turn these properties around in such a short amount of time!
