If half a star was an option I'd use it. They rented me a house that had major structural leaking issues. They did not fix the house until I threatened to find the original owner of a house and tell them that their houses not being maintaoned. And then They told me that I did not pay my rent when in fact I had and that is another argument and I've only been here 30 days

Extremely uncommunicative. It is impossible to get ahold of someone by phone, my emails get returned to me without reply, literally they just bounce back from their email address. They incorrectly fined a late fee when rent was paid in full, nobody can rectify. The property was in an unlivable state, they didnt even notify the property owner, who had to reach out to us directly. There is no value-add here. They fail at their most basic job of being the middle manager between tenant and property owner. Terrible, dont rent from them.

Run, save yourselves problems!!! The worst company, leaking roof throughout house, floorboards coming apart, broken dishwasher, broken window, ceilings coming apart, busted pipes. I have had a rat infestation since we moved in as well, they failed to tell me that there was a guest house in the garage and that has had problems as well, you make maintenance request they send someone out and they never return to fix the problem. I currently have a pipe busted underneath the house and now my water is shut off and they never fixed it, then they wont give me an accurate lease. I only lasted 3 months in the house Now I have to leave this house because its uninhabitable. Not to mention they are switching companies on the 18th. Know your rights as a Tenant because this company will try and screw you.

I believe that this company scammed my daughter out of her money because she has not been in her home in a month and she has got and note on her door stating that she has 3 days to be out because there is no record of any staying to the property she has called the number who she that was the landlord number is not working her messages are not going through she thinks he blocked her number this is so not right my daughter was so proud to have got her a home with her baby and for this to be happening to her is wrong someone needs to do something about this
