Guillory Property Maintenance

Landlord contacted Guillory to repair (what I thought was) a couple broken/missing sprinkler heads. Well, the man that came out spent 6 hours fixing a broken line and replacing multiple sprinkler heads and made sure every valve and every sprinkler was working properly. He even setup the timer. Very impressed.

Guillory was contracted by my landlord to install a soaker hose around the foundation. The technician caught my wife outside and pressured her to let him in our garage stating he had spoken to me, and that I gave permission. They had only requested access to the backyard. They modified my sprinkler settings resulting in 45,000 gallons of water being used in one month. When they were contacted to ensure they dont modify the settings again, they told the landlord that I was lying and I have a camera in the garage with recordings of them modifying the settings.
