        3/6/2024: Chris A. came to my apartment to correct my refrigerator issues: broken drawer and shelf and replaced and purged filter. He ordered parts for my fridge but its the way he did his job with a smile that has won me over. Chris A. gets so many more stars than 5.

        They bought Mansions on the Lake in Rowlett, now they are called Reveal on the lake. I moved out on 10/31 and have yet to recieve my deposit back. Everytime i call Im told its on the way, here it is December 14 and nothing yet.I would have had late fees if i took this long to pay.

        Horrible management team!! I've been living at their SoHo property for about 5 months and in the 5 months they have had about 5 managers. There is no structure here, none of my issues are getting resolved, it's like living in a circus

        Like many of the other reviews, I have many negative experiences with this company since they purchased the apartment community where I have lived since 2017 (now called Park 3Eighty in Aubrey, Texas). The most inept people run this place. If you're looking at a new apartment home, and Berkshire owns it, run for your life.
