Perla Garcia from The Ventura apartments is a THEIF! on 05/13/2022 around 4ish pm I gave her a money order for my final statement totaling $697.06 and I was STILL sent to collections.(I even have our email trail as evidence) I've left over 10 Voicemails to the corporate office now that they are no longer managing that property and no one is calling me back... I resided at The Ventura in Arlington Texas. Someone needs to call me back ASAP I REFUSE to pay for something twice because KNIGHTVEST has untrustworthy staff.

My current property cypress apartments has changed management to knightvest residential, the new manager LORI HARRISON is extremely unprofessional and rude. Alexis is very nice, personable and professional maybe she should be the manager since LORI does not have very good customer service, communication skills or professionalism.

Best management company. I rented at the tempe location San Marino. Office staff was amazing the entire time. I also had the pleasure to meet the Maintenance Supervisor Rob and one of his assistants.. must say hands down best complex out there

Former property manager, Wytney Ward, at Waterside Apartments added fraudulent charges to residents' accounts as well as mine. This was confirmed by the new hires when I called about a surprise collections account from the property as well as inquire about a missing washer and dryer. I was told she and another employee was fired because of that. She also changed my move-out date to the next month, also confirmed by the new employees, and they found my email with my actual move-out date then sent me the form with the date she gave. Somehow, I ended up with a 12-month lease instead of a 6-month lease. I certainly confirmed and stressed to Ms. Ward my 6-month internship/job contract, also found under employment information on my application, and my desired lease length before signing the lease. I had absolutely no problem paying more for my desired lease length. The washer and dryer went missing before the company I rented from could retrieve it and no one could tell me why it was nowhere to be found which led to me being financially responsible for their employees stealing. Guess who was unable to get a place to stay upon returning to college because of piss poor management and fraud? Nothing was done to remedy this situation.

One of your properties is sending me to collections when I NEVER LIVED THERE. Some bogus charge, 2 years later after I toured the location and chose NOT to live there.
