We live at highline lofts in cypress and this place is nasty. They do not properly clean and treat the property. For the last week we woke up to no water and can't even get dressed for corporate jobs that expect our appearance to be up to par. No explanation as to why we have no water either. We pay 1500 for a tiny one b3droom for this and also horrible roach infestation. We been treated several times and no luck. Everything they have to come treat we have to take a day off work cause they won't give us a time they are coming. I went to trash chute and a roach literally fell on me from the door frame

Poor communication, extensive and unnecessary application process for potential residents with housing, while raising prices daily. Were demanding deposit along with application before even processing the application. Even after doing so, they still found reasons to extend the process. They demanded that we paid a couple of past due accounts in order to consider the application but once those accounts were paid, they came back with another dilemma which dragged the application process out for over a months time until we finally gave up. They claimed it was their screening department that was denying the application, while refusing to give contact info of someone in the screening department in order to resolve situation. WASTE OF TIME! Buildings are too old and staff is too inexperienced to put someone through so much to deem someone worthy of residency at their property.
