        Very unprofessional. Stephanie is now refusing to send any vendors to me because i complained about the subpar work done previously. Second burst pipe in two years and calls it an act of god not her complete mismanagement. Nepotism at its worst. Well, the reply that I got was a complete fabrication because I didnt threaten anybody. I never even spoke to you. You wrote me this afternoon telling me to get estimates, which I am working on. I dont see how Im supposed to get them in course of a few hours. Please do not threaten me with legal action, you dont have any recordings of me saying anything because its not true. Is productive to put a Google review so that people know what they are getting into it with you and your company. There are no fabrications, its called a REVIEW!

      Ms. Clohessy,You have threatened my staff numerous times, which we have recordings of, making it an unsafe environment for my staff or our contractors to assist you with any necessary repairs. You were advised to get estimates for any repairs needed which you have failed to do so. If the lies, defamation and slander continue, we will send you a cease and desist.       Our role as Managing Agent is to enforce rules so we understand that not everyone will like us and that’s OK. We do not let one bad apple ruin the bunch.Ms. Bullington is just that, a bully. She was disrespectful to our entire staff, hanging up on us numerous times as we tried to assist her with a plumbing issue. Ms. Bullington and her mother chose to neglect a plumbing issue that was the responsibility of the homeowner. Their neglect could potentially flood multiple units if not fixed as soon as possible. VMS Management made the decision to notify all parties that could be potentially affected, including the buyers closing on the unit next week. Ms. Bullington then sent us a borderline threatening email cc’ing an attorney to intimidate us. We will no longer go back and forth with Ms. Bullington as we know that is her intent based on the numerous tirades we have received from her thus far. This has been turned over to legal counsel and we hope that they can assist all parties to come up with a timely resolution.Thank you,VMS Management
