Davenport

Lived here for the last 6 months and I love it. Maintenance is always quick, but I RARELY have problems. Office staff are super kind and friendly. My neighbors have lived here all for 4+ years. The dumpsters get emptied every other day if not everyday - my last apartment did it not that often. There are a lot of families and kids around and people with dogs are all respectful, pick up their own gunk. They repave and fix the parking areas whenever it is needed, the potholes do not get large and things are well maintained. It's not five star luxury apartments, but I'm over the moon for a nice apartment in my budget range!

Geo was amazing and showed me exactly what the problem was ands everything unlike the first guy that came days prior. Geo definitely deserves a raise or something. Hes ones of them good ones for sure

This was by far one of the worst places I've lived. Someone broke into my place and my car on two separate occasions. I got sideswiped. My son's bike got stolen. Once I did move out, I got bogus expenses that took the majority of my deposit. I would say avoid the area altogether.
